OL dermaSTRENGTH & CNP Cannibal Alpha (PCT)

So you'll be doing a full pump at once rather than splitting it into two doses?
 
Yea I'm applying it when I'm fresh out the shower while pores are wide open. Plus it should absorb throughout the day.

Hmm, now I'm questioning my methods haha

Woke up this morning powered down breakfast and I'm ready to get this day started! Tonight's GVT

Chest/back
Incline bench 10x10 (90 sec rest)
Wide chins 10x10 (90 sec rest)
Db bench 4x10-12 (60 sec rest)
Db row 4x10-12 (60 sec rest)

*im following the program off of simply shredded in case someone wanted to take a peak at it...

Will update weights and how I felt in the gym tonight

Soon enough team, soon enough. I feel like this week and next week will be the turning week! After all, I only applied dermaSTRENGTH twice (counting today) and I'm on only day 7 of cannibal alpha. Should turn up real quick now :)

I am however stoked to hit the gym!

Nice workout man, GVT is harsh! Doing 4 second negatives as well? (I think that's how Poliquin had it originally but not sure if it changed with simplyshredded)

It's a 12 week program. You should give it a go, it's a different kind of beast. My legs were trashed from the 10x10 squats.

Day 7- cannibal alpha
Day 2- dermaSTRENGTH

CNP cannibal alpha-*subtle changes in my boys. They're hanging lower (and have come back about 2-3 days earlier than when I was on clomid/nolva alone). I was super veiny today as well while working out.

OL dermaSTRENGTH- no changes here. The application of this transdermal is easy peezy tho. Smells nice and dried stupid fast.

My appetite has been savage all day lol but, can't go over my cals! Stay focused.

Workout
Incline bench - 105x10x10 (90 sec rest) *will bump weight next workout
Wide chins- 10x5 8,8,10,9,8
Db bench- 55x10x4 *bumping weight next workout
Db row- 65x10x4 *bumping weight next workout

Man I made white chocolate protein cookies last night (for today) and their dry :/ I'm sure it's the buckwheat pancake & waffle mix I use. Looks like it's time to switch over to whole wheat pancake mix
 
When baking without adding fats it will happen. If macros allow it add whole eggs or oil.

If you want to keep it cleaner add a few tbsp of applesauce or pumpkin puree.
Applesauce is more easily masked for taste but pumpkin is actually really good in chocolate, or with added cinnamon/pumpkin spice.

There was a whole large egg in the mix. So just add a few tbsp of applesauce ontop of that?
 
Update-

I'm not sore. Recovery has went wayyyy up. Last week when I did chest/back I was sore for two days. Today, nothing :)

Let's call it synergy with the dermaSTRENGTH and cannibal alpha :)

Today's and off day. Tomorrow is legs.. Again lolol

Glad to hear endurance is building back up.
 
I'm pretty sure I'm fully recovered just from the anecdotal side. Balls are full, junks hanging lower, well being is high, no lethargy and decreased soreness.

Like I said I'm hoping this week will be the turning week!

*the changes are coming 8) my 10x10 squats are up as well as the lying leg curls and semi stiff legged hams

Squat 10x10 (90 sec rest)
140x10x10
Lying leg curl 10x10 (90 sec rest)
22.5x10x10
Semi stiff leg hams 3x13
30x13x3
*ab roll outs
* leg raises

I have high hopes for the next few weeks with this semi stack I have going! I may switch to applying the dermaSTRENGTH 1/2 pump am and do another 1/2 pump preworkout like the bottle states.. Idk though. With the CNP cannibal alpha I just do six (6) caps with breakfast, lunch #2 and my last meal of the day. What I really like about the cannibal alpha is the fact they've included fadogia into the product. When I used T-force by omega sports I was a super responder! Every lift went up, I developed pimples on my chest and was just aggressive.

Hope this is the same feeling I get very soon :)
