I work at home, and have all my equipment here. So I have nothing better to do than workout when Im not working. I don't know if its me or what, but I recover very fast, so I'm wondering since I'm on a 1-test/4AD cycle, would it be ok to work out more often? Mainly chest. I normally do 2days a week for chest, can I do it every other day? That's 48 hours rest.
Or am I going to stress my chest out and not get results?
