So this is something I can't find much topic on. I am getting ready to go into oil feild work and well not shore how I can workout while I am out. are if I even can. I do not know much about this topic.
I am just started a new bulk but really don't want stop. But that money talks a lot more then the gym. If anybody else is in this kind of work and can give me advise on this topic on how you do it I would be thankful for your advise.

Don't know yet. But Ima take what ever they got lol. I just got my twic today though hopping I get a call soon though. Times are getting hard. I know some of the places that I might be working at are Gona be a good 50 miles from the nearest town. I'm going in as a floor man.

I have friends that work rigs, long hours n days away from home are normal. I see them at the gym, when they do get back. I ask them how they maintain, usually getting meals in , keeping protein n carbs up, and as far as working out. Their jobs are physical so it's like a full body workout everyday. I worked as a crane operator in a steel plant, n depending on what kind of day I had, sometimes I didn't have to hit the gym. Pulling flat bar n angle, etc all day I was good, n didn't have to hit gym. Good luck out there n be safe n listen to your body.

I did it for five years... hitch work. Had a camp that had a gym. There is plenty of stuff on a rig or location you can create workouts with if no gym or equipment is available. Just keeping your food/diet right is crucial especially if you are on night tower.

Thank for the advise. I'm glad to here that there are camps out there with gyms that's a big help and if not you are right I will just have to find ways to work out with other things are even body work outs

Most of the rigs nowadays have a gym buddy, I work offshore and out gym is better than most of the ones where I live, just make sure your careful with what "supplements" you take or you might not even get to the rig
