OH NO! Not ANOTHER Superdrol/PP Log!!

Your body is only going to be able to use so much potassium...so one or two bannanas a day should be enough...

How much Taurine are you taking?

You stretching good before and after workouts?

SD killed me with the back pumps and shin pumps...but I found that eating 1-2 bannanas a day, stretching for 5-10 minutes pre and post workout and taking in over 5 grams of taurine prior to working out and maybe another 5 spread out during the day, really helped with it.
 
Day 30

Bodypart Trained: Chest

Strength not all there today...kinda sluggish during my workout. So far, I'm not that impressed with Superdrol...maybe it takes more than a week to kick in, so we'll see...at this point, I'd have to say that PP is better, at least for me. I haven't had the explosive gains in size and strength that others have reported, but I still have a week and a half left on it, and next week is 30 mg per day. Just a tired, sluggish day today.:yawn:

PI: Thanks for the suggestion. I was taking in 5g of Taurine, but maybe another 5g spread throughout the day will help. Also, only 1-2 bananas, huh? I was eating one or two with every meal (and I love them!).

And I'll give the stretching a try, although when I stretch, maybe it's a "mind thing," but I find that I can't lift as much weight when I stretch.:think:

Day 31


Took a day off today...just went home after work and got some much-needed sleep. I feel better, refreshed and ready to hit the gym hard tomorrow. I am also considering extending the cycle by two weeks after concluding Superdrol at the end of next week...with two weeks of 250 mg Zol only, just to harden things up a bit...we'll see. Nothing exciting to report today, didn't curse anybody out or anything like that...I was actually quite calm on the way to work...look out!:icon_lol: :afro:

Heres the recipe:

Red Barn Corn and Bean Salad

Salad:
1 can 540ml chickpeas drained and rinsed
1 can 540ml red kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 can 425g black beans drained and rinsed
1 can corn kernels drained
1/2 cup of chopped red onion
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Combine all this stuff in a large salad bowl.

Dressing:
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1tbsp dijon mustard
1 clove minced garlic
1&1/2tsp of salt
1/2tsp pepper
1/2tsp hot pepper sauce

Whisk together all dressing ingredients (best if dressing made 1 day in advance) and then add to salad to evenly cover beans. Sprinkle on basil and parsley.

Makes 12 servings:

Sorry I haven't checked in lately...kinda busy.

Got 315 on the bench 12times today (3 sets)...it's been a while since I've been able to do that. Also had a WICKED pump in my chest and arms during and after the workout...I guess the superdrol finally kicked in. Too bad it's my last week, although I was tempted to go a fourth week, but that's probably not a good idea...so I'll most likely just stick with the extra two weeks of Zol.

Sides: Minor back pain, minor shin splints...nothing too major. Libido for some reason has shot up just a bit, but I'm not complaining. Still taking all the aforementioned supps, although I'm starting to run out of everything. Some lethargy, but taking in more carbs usually alleviates that. People have been testing me, though...and it's taking everything I have not to snap some fool's neck. Most notably was Friday when I was coming home from the gym and some fool decided he was going to just try and push his way past me on the trolley, instead of being polite and saying "excuse me." So I bumped him back. He then decided to try and stare me down, and when that didn't work, he said very loudly, "What, am I supposed to be scared?" I very firmly and calmly replied, "No, but you do need to be very CAREFUL...and the next time you want to get past me, you might want to excuse yourself, because I don't move that f u c k i n' easily and as you see, I do push back." He just went and sat down after that, but what the hell is up with these clowns? Oh, well, tomorrow's another day.

Yeah, the trolley...I'm not fortunate enough to own a car at this time. Oh, well....
 
Hey, Calidood...you can either backtrack through the pages or I can give you the "Cliffs' Notes" version. I used:

Week 1: 10mg PP

Week 2: 20 mg PP, 150 mg Mega-Zol

Week 3: 20 mg PP, 200 mg Mega-Zol

Week 4: 10 mg SD, 10 mg PP, 250 mg Zol

Week 5: 20 mg SD, 250 mg Zol

Week 6 (Current): 20mg SD, 250 mg Zol

I am considering another week on SD at 30 mg, but even if I don't, I am extending the cycle with another two weeks of Zol at 250 mg daily.
 
Oh ok. I read through the whole thing but I missed that part I guess. I had only seen the area where it said something about running the pp week one and running both for four or five weeks. Anyways...this is a pretty good thread. Looks like it's really done a lot for you too. I'm fairly unfamiliar with mega-zol. Do you think that's really adding a lot to the cycle?
 
Day 38

It's kind of hard to tell, but it's also the basis of my extending the cycle another two weeks on its own...to actually see if there's any difference. So the jury's still out at this point, so to speak.
 
The ZOL should harden you up a bit and increase vascularity...

There really won't be any more of an effect than that.

PI, that's pretty much what I figured...but thank you very much for validating that. No workout today...will check in tomorrow.
