So considering the effect winny has on the lipids as well as the one cardarine has, I wonder how beneficial on a health standpoint it would be to run them together. Anyone ever to this and get a lipid panel ran? Apparently cardarine can be beneficial to the liver to a small extent which interests me as well.
 
I always run cardarine on cycle, but I wouldn’t expect it to completely negate the lipid damage done by a dht. Lessens the damage but i don’t think negating it is a realistic expectation.
 
Not negate it, that’s unrealistic like you said. Just wondering to what extent it would offset damage if any.

From my recent 2 month experimentation with Cardarine(which I can’t say enough good things about)it’s brought my ldl waaaayyyyyy down to an extremely optimal level regardless of other gear including DHTs. But it can’t really bring HDL up to a healthy value when running DHTs. Still amazing looking labs on the stuff. Well worth it.
 
Without a doubt, legit GW will benefit steroid users on a cycle. Ran 2 labs while running Trest Proviron Test and on Var NPP. I will never not use it on cycle again. I can post both labs if anyone is interested.

It appears to have little impact on raising hdl but keep in mind I was on no DHTs first Labs
But it certainly lowers LDL.

Honestly. If I’m run down 20mg (10mg 2x) but 10mg works fine. I absolutely love it when I need a pick me up. Gives somewhat of a stim effect that feels great. My energy and stamina is impressive on it. I am stretching it to 10 weeks and then I’ll stay off for 2 months and jump right back on. AND it leans you out! Well!

Just ordered some and I’m excited to try it. The stim thing worries me slightly but I feel like it’s more of a general energy and well being kind of effect rather than actual caffeine like stimulant effect, correct? Thinking about running winny on it but it’s super harsh on lipids. Wanted to just do 25mg Ed and assess things from there but my **** got mixed up and I got caps instead of tablets so it’ll have to be 50mg Ed for 4 weeks. Your results on it as far as blood work are actually quite impressive!
 
Imho your ldl and total shouldnt be high if you are eating low fat. Hdl is going to be destroyed though because winstrol is at play here.

My total was mid range and i also managed to keep my ldl in the normal range on test and masteron, and masteron is supposedly bad on lipids, being dht.

I am thinking that throwing in hcg should bring ldl down a little bit since some of it will be used for steroidogenesis.

But if you are not supplying enough raw material, i cant see total anf ldl going out of range.
 
It’s stim like in a pretty positive way. Energetic and talkative. Able to do more. Nothing uncomfortable at all
 
Also, @Matthersby isnt really the hdl/ldl ratio that is important?

I mean, if you have low enough total and ldl, low hdl shouldnt be an issue if it is a healthy ratio, no?


I take advantage of being on exogenous test and eat very low fat and i am able to stay lean while gaining strength and i am not feeling like sh1t.

btw my lab has some weird ranges and really only gives me ratios.
But even during the height of my cycle hdl was 1.1 and ldl was 2.9, whatever that number might be hahha
but the ratio was less than 3, so i was content with that.

very low fat diet. Rice, oats, bananas, lots of fruits and vegetables, cottage cheese, whey protein, tuna and driest pieces of chicken breast you could find lol.

I looked like a bubble due to all the carbs hahaha. Less than 10% calories came from fats.

Sure. But regardless you don’t want high LDL. At all, no matter what, regardless of ratio. Thick blood + high ldl is bad news
 
When I did the third labs, I had an RN finishing her NP, and she emphasized the ldl so much more than hdl and ratio. But you do need that hdl to keep things in order - “HDL cholesterol helps rid the body of bad cholesterol and keeps it from collecting on the linings of your arteries. Cholesterol buildup can lead to severe health events such as heart attack or stroke.

Having lower HDL cholesterol does not appear to cause problems directly. But it’s an important characteristic to note when identifying individuals who may have an overall unhealthy lifestyle.”

In the next week or so I will be running a cycle that includes MSten, Mast, and Winnie. I have been assuming that my Lipids will probably be **** afterwards correct??

My plan was to just watch my diet and take the cycle supps and try and repair after cycle.
Risk vs reward, would Cardarine be noticeably more effective than my original plan?

Yes. During cycle and/or after. Like anything else, it doesn’t work forever, so I’d opt to run it on cycle. It will help your LDL significantly and if you keep your good oils up you may even be able to keep you hdl in range too. Conveniently it will lean you out as well and help with cardio/gym stamina. The stuff is for me, one of the best supplements to come out for ped users in some time.
