Dannng these towers are awesome. I'm Lucky to have some preworkout, protein, and creatine laying around. In fact all I have is some bullnox and a tub of Arnolds Iron Whey and a Tub of Vitamin Shoppe whey and some creatine lol.

WAF got some really great deals- when i saw this the first time, i also most shyt myself! But as with most companies, they throw up a good sale, like MST with 50% off, its a great time to stock up when you can.

While not CrossFit, I'd be willing to bet my workouts are more similar to that than typical bodybuilding.

For me, the new Cordygen-NanO2 Elite caps + RagNOrok is a sweet combo. I go with the caffeine free Rag and then add a BronkAid and/or caffeine as I see fit for the specific day. In the past, I used the Cordygen-NanO2 powder too, which is also a solid option. The only diff is caps have ActiGin and the powder doesn't.

I see. I noticed with a lot of pre-workouts if there is a lot of stimulant it spikes my heart rate too fast and I am screwed! I need to find a perfect dose that wakes me up after 8 hours at work, but not over stimulate.

LOL yah and its only a portion of what i have maybe 1/4 and thats not all my current OL collection. I have my own basement store and will always keep it that way. Some buy booze and other goodies i buy supps and plan out a year in advance on cycles etc.
