Glad everything is working and safe, man! We had to change venues and move the date back a couple days. But very minor stuff compared to what a lot of people faced.

Good point. Let's just go full extension on these pushups. Bottom position is chest to floor. OP edited for clarity.

Yes for the love of God the "pushups" i see people do are garbage. Tits to floor, lockout or very near to lockout with your elbows, a back position that is reasonable.
 
Oh yeah!!! I assume max until you can't go anymore? Or max within a time?
 
Practice set put me at 26 slow pace, then 30 at a faster pace with solid form. I may have more in me, but my dog thought I was playing so he got in my face with his massive paw, lol. 10x what I could do almost a year ago!

Will wait until tomorrow to shoot video and try to beat that. Not bad, I think for a 205+ pounder. Man, when I was 120 lbs, I could really crank these out. If memory serves (51), I could easily do 100 in just over a minute. Maybe there should be a weight class division? I'd be guessing but I think, considering weight, the 160 - 170 people will do more than the over 200 lb crowd.

What if you have a recently broken wrist and can not place your palm flat on the ground. Therefore you can only do fingertip push-ups which we all know is harder

Side note* best shape of my life was in 2009 when I was in the academy. I set a push up record for most consecutive push-ups with no time limit. 163. Talk about complete and utter exhaustion. It has since been beaten but still. I don't think I could half of that now.

New rule. A full range pushup must be done. No hands, no feet, no knees, no toes, no fingers, and full dose of Test E must be injected into your nostrils. Let's do this!
