Off cycle

Hi Guys,

Iam 38 6'1 and 205lbs, iam coming to the end of my 1st cycle on a 10week cycle of test enanthate and have put on around 12lbs in weight, i have 13% bodyfat and was wondering if anyone had some good advice for keeping most of my gains when i come off and start my pct. I will be trying to cut up and get more definition, so was thinking of starting an eca stack or some clen. What are your views and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks dude i will def keep the food intake up and continue working hard in the gym.

No prob. If anything you might want to try and take in more calories, at least during PCT. that will help your muscles compensate for the decreased protein synthesis, and overall blast furnace like way your body was used to using calories on cycle.

And keeping up with the gym is important because, in all honesty, you'll probably get weaker, and you wont be gaining a pound a week of muscle, so it will be somewhat mentally taxing, but when you keep all those gains it'll be well worth it.
