with that being said, I know plenty of guys that feel better with higher E2 if their testosterone levels are up (on cycle, for instance). the ratio between the 2 seems to matter to some guys...
Most people seem to "feel " good in the low 30's but it's completely personal everyone is different and you may feel "normal" at a higher e2 level that's why it's good to get baseline blood tests .
