OEP Problem

Actually its not really a problem. I started taking this last week while on the anabolic diet and after the second day or so, I have no appetite. I dont really feel like I need to eat very often after the pills started to work. I'm assuming this is normal and I'm very impressed with it so far. Between the diet and this I'm down about 5 lbs in a week and a half. I'm hoping it keeps up and I continue to drop. Gonna go later this week to get my BF % checked again to make sure I'm losing fat and not muscle.
 
Hmm. I get much more appetite suppression from Recreate personally than OEP. OEP hasn't affected my appetite at all that I can note.

Sounds all positive to me...
Make sure you are getting your required protein and healthy fats and it sounds like you will be in a new body in no time!
