I have used it mostly for calves, biceps and triceps for a decent amount of time now. Not sure if you got more info on this in the past few months since you posted, but I have seen a decent size increases in my calves which were a huge trouble point for me up until I started doing BFR training. I haven't seen much that I can specifically attribute to occlusion training in my biceps or triceps, but I like to believe that my calves have grown from it. No circumference measures for actual proof, but subjectively, I think it helped. Hope that somewhat helps!
