obtaining a baseline for bloodwork

Later this spring I'd like to gather some baseline blood work info. The whole 9 yards
. What's a good amount of time, off of any influential supplements, to obtain a legit baseline?

Baseline should be established before using any kind of exogenous hormones. Still would be a good idea to see what your numbers look like, make sure they are in "normal" range
