Obliterating estrogen bad?

I had gyno in around 3-6th grade and have had it mildly since, I took some letro and abolished the entire lump, but the nipple fat is left and I can't seem to be loosing weight dong what used to cause me to loose weight/mass to quickly, whats the deal with estrogen and fatloss?

Estrogen is what promotes the storage of fat... That all i know.
