I've just went back through my diet and noticed how much freakin oatmeal I consume on a weekly basis does anyone else share this obsession with oatmeal when cutting.
I usually have eight ,
2 cups mixed with eight egg whites some ginger and nutmeg,
fried in pam like a pancake
4 times a day
call me crazy but i just can't get tired of this stuff
I must be an exception, since I do not eat that much. Perhaps 1 cup a day on average. It may or may not be cooked, depending on how much time I have (and how much I feel like cleaning up another pot).

Yep I'm always bulking, ripped abs are good and all but sheer size is what I crave, plus cutting diets suck cause I love food too much, if I can be 250 I don't care much if i'm holding 10-12 percent b/f.

My usual day goes like this I'll have
meal one
2 cups oats and 8 egg whites
meal two
myoplex mrp
meal three
2 cups oats 8 egg whites
meal four
same
meal five
same
meal six
flank steak
veggies lots and lots of veggies
meal seven
cottage cheese natural p.b.
My concern about eating 5,6 or as much oats as you want is your daliy iron intake .I think it's about 3mg per cup. So 8 cups would be 24mg. Now you add that to what else you consume throughout the day and maybe your getting too much iron.
