I posted this in my log for oratropin and thought I might post it here for others to check out. Here is a good recipe for oatmeal pancakes.

1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Put all the ingredients in the blender and turn it into batter. Sweeten with splenda to taste and cook as you would regular pancakes. Top them with some calorie free I cant beleive its not butter spray and some sugar free jam and you got breakfast. Let me know what you think. I love em.

Its something like 27g carbs 35g pro and 4 grams of fat.

sounds like a decent recipe, gonna give it a try.
besides, breakfast is my favorite meal of the day!

I added 1/3 cup wheat protein and 1/4 cup skim milk and sugar-less maple syrup and they tasted amazing, thanks.

i added a TINY BIT of water and they were PERFECT. (otherwise they're a little too thick for my taste.)
thanks for the recipe.

My pudding recipe:
1 box low carb powder choc. pudding
3 scoops choc protein powder
2 tblspoon peanut butter
2 cups cold skim milk (may need more if not mixing)

This may be off a little:
Pudding(1 39gram pack): Cal.=140, Pro.= 0g, Carbs= 32g, Fat=0
Prot. Pwd(3 scoops): Cal.=300, Pro.=54g, Carbs=12g, Fat=5g
Skim Milk(2 cups): Cal.=180, Pro.=18g, Carbs=26g, Fat=0
Peanut Butter Natural( 2Tbsp):Cal.=200, Pro.= 9g, Carbs=12g, Fat=12g

Total Mixture: Cal.=820, Pro= 81g, Carbs:82g, Fat=17g

Blend and put in fridge. No heat needed. You can also increase the protein powder and decrease the peanut butter. There are many changes you can make to have a good snack.

Jello makes a pudding that is no sugar and no fat. they have so many flavors of it also! vanilla, chocolate (tried this one 2nite), butterscotch, CHEESECAKE (im gonna try this next time).
it's only 8 grams of carbs, 0 fat, <1g protein.
I made protein pudding for the first time tonight and it is AMAZING. esp since my diet is so clean, i felt like i was doing something horribly wrong. big thumbs up SIZE for the great idea.

WOW...

I tried the pancakes, good, and the Pudding! AMAZING!!

I feel like a cheat when i had my first spoonful of the pudding

Thanks guys!! :box:

If your tired of broccolli, I have found a way to make them taste like French Fries :).

Cut broccolli up into smaller pieces, lay flat on cookie pan.
Season with salt, pepper, and other spices
Splash just enough olive oil on to lightly cover broccolli (1-2tbsp)
Mix with hands getting each piece covered wtih oil
Season lightly again
Stick in oven 450 15-20 minutes
SOOOO Good.

I make about 2 pounds of it at a time, and its gone before it even cools... stupid roommates lol.

Even my anti-vegetable mom loved it. :)
