But there is a high quality version and a cheaper one. I don't know which one is the higher quality one .
 
I did read once that there are 2 types of mk677 but i can't recall the name now, it was just ibutamoren with another name next to it.

Who's brand is the best bang for your buck. I just picked up primervil brand but need just mk677
 
Got my 1st bottle of Epi gh so I will start off with that at 10mg every morning. Does it need to be on a empty stomach?

No, it makes no difference IMO, unless the MK causes a hunger spike that you don't want. If so, and trying to lower limit calories/cravings, try it with food. But for absorbtion purposes I don't believe food is a must.
 
So my timing will be wake up mk677 than 30-1 hour later get in my morning supps etc.
 
Day 3 at 10mg nothing to notice yet . I take it on a empty stomach sleep for 1 more hour than wake up and take my morning supps.

Okay should I spilt it 10 morning 10 afternoon ? I'm also ordering hup a as well!!
 
My thinking is let my natural pulse at night do its thing and spike it high during the day by taking it in the morning .
 
No hunger issues at 10 bumped it up to 20 to see and will go back down to 10 o think . Will try 20 mg for one week .
 
So far so good . Today I lifted heavy and my chest was fine from Mondays workout . I'm working out my muscles twice a week and I'm not getting weird hand feelings etc. sleep is not the best but I'm taking it in the morning so that could be why .
