I understand companies have issues but to out right lie is just not right! I ordered a product from them a week ago got a email saying it shipped a day later, waited five days no change in shipment status emailed the company got back to them and they said it was back ordered if I would of know I would have ordered directly from the company as I would like the product now. So now I am supposed to receive my item today but I check and it hasn’t left the first shipping facility which leads me to believe they still don’t have it in stock and continue to lie.
 
It doesn't need to be a lie, there have been minor issues with them in the past but all in all they've been good to everyone including myself. They would have no reason to lie to you, communication with them is key.

Agreed they have also resolved ny issues with me very quickly. Definitely my go to supplement store

Same here. I've had a couple of issues with them in the past, but they've always made things right. Sometimes, things just happen.
