Nutriverse shipping?

Hey guys so I ordered some things nutriverse before the ban, and I got an email saying it shipped on the 20th. The tracking number says pre ship info given to USPS but nothing else. I still haven't received my package, but stuff I've ordered a couple days later from a different company has arrived even though both were 2 day priority mail.
Has anyone else had this problem with all these orders and the holidays? I'm gonna see if it comes today then contact them.

My tracking usually takes a few days to come up, but I have 1-2 week international. If yours is 2 days, and it has been more, I'd contact them. Keep in mind the ban and Christmas will have everything slowing down.
 
Contact them. They will typically respond within a couple hours. I just asked them a couple days ago about my orders and they reassured me they would be shipped in a couple days, and now thy have. Great customer service over there. Being the weekend not sure if they would respond before Monday.
 
yes, Max, the sales manager, is excellent at customer service, and he will make sure to explain everything to you.
 
UPDATE: I just received my shipment today from the order I placed a few days before December 18th. so it's safe to say that with the holiday and many orders from many of us, patience will be an extreme virtue to practice at this time.

I placed an order around the same time so I'll check when I get home. Good to know though. Thanks

Ordered on the 16th and still have nothing. Maybe they deliver by horse and buggy.
 
Mine finally shipped out yesterday. Hopefully they get everything right
