Nutriverse Problem

Hello guys,
I ordered from the Nutriverse 11/27/16 from 'Italy and I have not received my package. I contacted the company and for them it is normal ... I'm afraid that my parcel has been lost and that they do not know how to track down.
When I ordered on BB.com in 20 days arrived! Have you ever such a thing?
 
Did they email saying it had shipped? A shipped product is out of the hands of the retailer and into the hands of their preferred carrier. Give them a call and see what you can do :)
