hi i m training for 12 years but i want your propositions concerning my meal plan...my query has to do with breakfast and pre and post workout meals..
being more specific i am doing 40' cardio on an empty stomach every morning and after cardio i lift weights from 8:00-11:00 pm.....my second workout of the day is being held at 12:00....so what i want you to make it clear is when should i eat breakfast - when post workout protein shake?

For instance , after my morning workout , the post workout shake it is assumed to be my breakfast too?
 
We really would need a lot more info to give a specific recommendation...
