Nutrition Plan for Bulking on PH Cycle

I've been trying to do research on nutrition plans during a ph cycle and have pretty much hit a brick wall. I'm about to start my first PH cycle of Pmag (50/75/75/75/100); my goal is to bulk up as much as I can. I'm 21 y/o, 6'3", weigh 180 lbs, and trying to put on as many pounds of solid muscle as I can. Besides Pmag I'll also be taking 5-8 grams of fish oil a day (idk if this makes a difference or not). Can you guys give me some suggestions on how grams of protein/carbs I should be consuming a day, as well as any other nutritional facts I should be paying attention to. Also what kinds of food I should concentrate on eating ect. Any advice you can give me will really help, I'm pretty lost right now.
 
heres what you do grab as much meat and good carbs as possible, place them in front of you, eat them...then immediately thereafter you erase your memory, and do the same exact thing. Do this routine for 3 go rounds per meal 6 meals a day and youll bulk guaranteed.

Bulking on a PH? I know a good test run requires 400g protein and 500g+ carbs, keeping fats low (40-80g), and sitting back and netting those gains. Some people I guess are furnaces and need more than 4k cals, and for those people you might want to tweak up the carbs and fats more, but otherwise this is how most people who actually make gains eat on a bulking cycle IME.
 
2 x bodyweight in lbs= grams per protein
.75x bodyweight in lbs=grams of fat
3-4x bodyweight in lbs=grams in carbs

do 3 days with those numbers and relax for a day and then go another 3 days, sort of a carb cycling for bulking.
