Nutrient Partitioning Training

What type of routine would be best for someone who wants to cut and is taking a nutrient partitioning supplement?

I was thinking of doing 6 days a week with 3 days heavy and 3 days light, hitting each body part twice a week.

Thoughts?

Listen to your body, but I probably wouldn't have 3 heavy days, because that can fatigue your cns. Be weary of np supplements with berberine, because it activates ampk (good for fatloss) but slightly hinders muscle hypertrophy. Some np ingredients also lower protein synthesis to a degree, so get plenty of leucine.

It doesn't matter if you want to cut or bulk or maintain. Your training should always remain consistent and intense. Nutrient partitioning supplements have no bearing on training.

Also...make sure you aren't taking partitioning supplements post workout....your body is a sponge then

thanks guys. I kinda thought less weight, more reps would rush more stuff into the muscles, kinda like when using pump supplements. I am going to try and log everything so I can see if I notice changes.
