Nutraplanet Order Never Received

My Order Number is 13209 and I have tried contacting Nutraplanet's customer service numerous times with no response as I have yet to receive my order. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and this was over a week ago. Getting ready to head out of town and don't want to miss the shipment. Just need some type of tracking number, or confirmation that I will receive my order. I spent quite a bit of money and really don't want to get ripped off. Please let me know something by sending my order or canceling with a full refund.

This, to be honest is not how you resolve these issues.

1. Try calling them on the number from their website.

2. PM NutraplanetCS, Stryder or DSade for help

3. Learn, Teach, Lead ;)
 
Did you order something listed as "2-4 day" shipping? Items listed as such usually aren't in stock, they are just awaiting a shipment of said products within that 2-4 day threshold...
 
This seemed to be the only way to get a response as I was contacted right after I left a message on this forum. I tried to contact them by email and leaving a message for the customer service department prior to using this forum. If you have a contact number, I would be happy to call. I just want the order that I already paid to receive. I am sure this is a great company as I have read the positive responses and things like my order just happen to fall through the cracks.
 
I should also note, that I still have not received a definite as to when my items will be shipped. The products were in stock at the time of the order and I did select 2 day shipping.
 
Hello firebatt. I've tried looking up the order number you are quoting, and there is no record of it. Please email me your name, and email associated with your account, to the email in my sig, and I will look into it
 
If you didn't get a confirmation email it might not have processed properly.
