I don't get why someone would complain about paying taxes on a MONEY prize like the lottery. Now, if the prize is an item like a car, and they don't have the extra cash laying around for the taxes, I can see that being an issue.
Kind of what I was thinking, however, they will probably have to pay taxes on this Mustang too before they can liscenses it! so $35K x .07225 = $2500 in taxes. Not IMO
