NUTRAPLANET Mass Stack

Okay, I ordered the Mass Stack and am ready planning to take it as a pre-workout drink mixed with water and a hint of fruit juice. Does anyone know the optimal serving size of each powder? I'm so used to the ready-made mixes this is a little intimidating, but exciting nonetheless.
