Nutraplanet is losing my business:

Greetings,
I have been a huge supporter of Mike since 1fast400, and a huge supporter of Sam since NP opened. You are losing my business, I want to tell you why. NP had great deals and shipping. When they were based out of GA, I often received my orders in under 24 hours! Standard shipping. Today was the fourth and final time I have paid for expedited shipping. Not only had my products not shipped, it took my call for you to say you would package what you had. I then had to ask if you would refund my money for the expedited shipping, and you'll see what you can do? Like you are doing me a favor? I get packs with standard shipping from the West Coast in three days, I will be utilizing them more. It takes a lot to piss off a customer of 14 years, and you have.
 
To be completely transparent...a few hours after my call; I received notice of my package being shipped. Thank you for expediting my products. I'm not happy, but at least I'm getting the goods.
 
Yeah but the point is why does anyone have to do this? The past two times I have used nutraplanet Ive had to make a thread on here asking them to ship my package. Why should I have to make a thread asking for my order to be shipped? It makes no sense. I always wonder what happens to people that dont use AM. Do they just never receive their orders lol?
 
I never received an order I placed from nutraplanet back in January. Called and emailed them with no responses from either.
Pretty sad because that was my go to place to order everything and I would recommend everyone to buy from them. Now it's the opposite, I would never recommend them or buy from them again. Pretty sad how fast their company went to s***.
 
They forgot to ship my stuff one time and when I called ...they said to keep waiting and waiting.
Then they did not honor the bogo when they finally figured out they forgot to ship!
Next shipment, they forgot the new site free bees 'Anabolic minds freebees' and now they want me to order more to get the freebee's. And shipping is ultra slow compared to the old NP and other sites that are now getting my business. 6-8 weeks to canada when other sites get stuff to you well within two weeks is completely unacceptable.
 
I have purchased numerous products from NP over the years and your right, service was great. Over the past year or so, they have seemed to fall behind on one key issue; customer service.

They have replied that due to ownership changes and new staff has created new challenges. This is a given when a company switches over and is understandable. However with that being said, NP seems to be on the ready to extinguish fires rather than preventing them.

The issue isn't that they are selling bad products, overpriced products or outdated ones.

The change that is needed is very simple; it appears to be a logistics issue within the company, which is an issue that certainly can be fixed.

Don't give up on them just yet, there are many members here who have had positive experiences with them, so you can see they are working on the issues.

I made an order yesterday, it shipped same day (I did not pay for that), and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. So far so good in my book
 
I haven't used NP in a while since the shipping costs are higher than most other places. I'd rather pay 3 dollars more on amazon and have it in one day with free shipping :ugh:
 
Ordered May 30th, paid for priority 2 day shipping and today they are just putting my order together and only after several phone calls. This is frustrating because I am now out of protein and was really looking forward to my order. Now I have been promised it will deliver by 6/4/16 and they waived some of the shipping charges and said they will throw in a few samples.

Bottom line- if you MUST be 100% on time they may be iffy but otherwise they are legitimately trying to do the right thing by the customer. I've been a long time supporter of Nutraplanet.com and will continue to do so if they keep their word and my package arrives Saturday with samples and they refund a portion of shipping costs.

Yeah but why should you have to do any of that? Why should you have to contact them a thousand times to get your package sent. My theory is that online supplement stores have really cut down on their number of employees. It seems like practically every supplement store takes days to process orders and ship them. I remember when it was pretty much guaranteed that if you ordered something before 12 p.m. you would receive a tracking number within hours after ordering. That rarely happens now days in my experience

I feel u on that am promo. I order three times. Almost 400$ total and never got any of that stuff. Put the order notes on and everything... Who knows with them man..

Listen i hear that point. I understand, but there are lot of other companies who sell supplements. They keep getting better no doubt, but its money man. Not a favor from a friend, its a paid service.
