One thing I've noticed is they don't keep live stock inventory. So if you order something that happens to be out of stock they wont ship it until they get a new shipment. It happened to me and its one of the reasons I wont order anymore.
My last order took a long time to show up. Like over 10 days. Also didn't get any responses from cust service. They did make up for it with giving me a nice free product though.
