I placed a big order at Nutraplanet a little over a week ago. As I was checking out I was trying input a coupon code and accidentally hit pay by money order. It is a real pain ordering on a smart phone sometimes! This was on a Friday night. I had to wait until they were open again the following Monday to call. They answered pretty quickly. I told them my problem and they had it corrected within a minute and added on the discount code. While I had them on the line I asked about the Nutraplanet gym bag which used to be listed But isn't on the site anymore. The person helping me said he had one left and threw it in for free! The whole technical error was handled quickly and professionally to my satisfaction. The freebie on top of that was icing on the cake. I spend a lot of money at Nutraplanet and they have always taken great care of me and have great prices. Thanks Nutraplanet!
