I've used REM.. and it is by far one of the best sleep aids I have ever utilized. I cant speak for the GH effect of it.. but damn it was some good sleep.. with INTENSE dreams.

Did u ever use it say when u had used some stims late in the day and it allowed u to fall asleep earlier than u usually would be able to?
