Numbnees/tingling in forearm

I was getting ready to work out and was stretching my forearm and bicep by having my arm straight out to the side with my palm upward but fingers down and on the third stretch my forearm went numb though maybe from stretch but it hasn't went away for a while and my strength in that arm is significantly decreased my shoulder feels fine but arm is really heavy. The bottom part of bicep, palm side of forearm, and thumb feel tinglyish numbish bit concerned

Do you always do this position? Tried this position just now and yeah it caused a bit of tingling sensation on my fingers and to some extent, on the bottom part of my biceps. I guess this position just impinges a nerve probably the axillary and the median nerve of the brachial plexus that innervates the whole arm. I'm pretty sure that sensation would go away in no time. Not a cause of concern atm.
