actually I have ditched pre workouts as of late and have just been taking waxy maize and gms together with cafeine and dmaa. Some days I add in some creatine mono too but ditched that as well just to see how I would feel. Too be exact its usually 4 scoops of glycergrow, 300mg cafeine and roughly 60 mgs dmaa. When I recieve it and starting taking ill let you know, ive used quite a few different pump products so ill draw comparisons to as many as I can.
