NOW's Fenugreek

I'd rather buy this than in the bulk powder (heard the taste was positively awful), plus it's pretty cheap. Has anyone tried NOW's Fenugreek product and had a positive outcome?

i find that it helps with recovery some but ....... also fenugreek should taste like maple mmmmm.

Taking it now as part of PCT, but I honestly can't tell if it's doing anything for me to be honest. I'm taking 1g per day.

I would recommend upping the dose each week. I found great results at 2-3 a day.

prolactin is something i should worry about with fenugreek

I tried NOW's fenugreek at recommended dosage and didn't notice anything. I am interested in the fenuside extracts though (have yet to try).
