Do people take 3 a day or two? I just noticed that on the 90 cap bottle it recommends 3 per day, but on the 120 cap bottle it recommends 2 per day. I have the 90 cap and the bottle says 3, but why the difference??
 
It depends if it is the vcaps or tabs. Tabs are two a day and vcaps are three a day. The tabs are larger.
