Novedex XT by Gaspari: should be legal, it's just ATD/3OHAT

Nolvadex or Tamoxifen citrate: May not be without a prescription..
 
Any idea then if the one uses ONLY novedex, if it woul make estrogen values higher when you stop taking it?
