Novedex xt

Hello there!

I'm thinking about using some novedex xt to boost my test levels, but before get some I want to know what cautions should I take before using it. How much should I take, at wich time of the day, how should i cycle it and so on...
Any other advice is welcomed:)

there's directions on the bottle follow those. how old are u and if you're 6'6" and 177lbs ur gonna need to do a lot more than take a pill
 
Actually my weight is desactualized. I'm 6'6" and 183 lbs.
I know there is directions on the bottle, but I've seen many people here taking diferente dosages from the ones in the bottle, therefore, I'm asking for some help here.
Another thing I want to know too, is the real effects that I can expect from this product. I've read so many diferent stuff about it, that I'd like to know someone's real results of it.

it works it's a solid product. i think ur supposed to take it at night because it will help u sleep better to. only downside is that it's an ATD and it might lower estrogen so much that ur libido goes down the toilet. there's some great user feedback on diesel test hardcore u might wanna check that out. and there's no reason to tinker with the dose unless you're on the bigger side. only thing you're gonna notice is maybe some increased endurance in the gym nothing huge.

probably should be lower because of reduced estrogen but why such a huge concern with a little water weight? we're not talking anadrol here it's a simple atd there's tons of info out there. u seem like u need to do a ton of research on proper diet and exercise along with basic supplementation
 
I have this concern because although I have a very low bf, I can't look as leaner as I could because i have plenty of water retention on my abb's area. so that's why I'm so worried about water retention.
 
And about my training and nutrition I've already foud the ones that work better for me. I just have this little problem that came from a childhood when I was a fat kid, and I kept this little pouch of localized water retention on my belly region.

if it's a little pouch it's probably not water retention. that's the last place on a guys body that fat will leave... would need a very strict diet and the help of an anti cortisol supp and one of the topical fatloss products would work well if ur that low in body fat. it would help get rid of the little bit of fat and water
 
Thanks for the help! It has been a bit frustrating trying to get rid of these little pouch... I don't want to drop much weight (as you have said before, 183 lbs for a guy of my size is a bit to low already), and it's extremely hard to get rid of it.
But once again I'm very gratefull for your suggestion.
 
Just another question: will the novedex give even a little help about it? (just for curiosity).

it could help u put on some muscle which would help burn fat more, or if you're cutting which it sounds like it will help u retain muscle while being on a caloric defecit. try taking retain 2 i think it is, it's an anti cortisol fat burner and get DCP to take with it... DCP is great for losing fat along with a fat burner. u just need to cut back on all simple carbs except post workout and don't eat any carbs after like 8
 
Thanks again for the answer, but although it may look like I'm cutting I'm actualy trying to bulk a little the cleanest way as I can. I don't want to go much more than 195-200 lbs, but as clean as I possibly can, so that's why I'm so carefull about water retention, body fat and so.
Btw, can I any of those cutting sugestions to my clean bulk?

there's no way to bulk without adding a little extra unless u do a body analysis and can determine exactly what your metabolic rate is, or if you've been doing it for years and know what you're doing. do u have any idea how many calories or carbs u eat in a day?
