I ve worked so hard to cut dirty food at I don't want to do anything detrimental to my program at work now on lunch bout to pound 2 grilled and trimmed chicken breast 8 hard boiled egg whites cup of rice and a banana my wife prepares all six of my meals one day prior she's been my biggest supporter she wants me to have Ryan baders body can't handle liquid egg whites

Eating 5000 calories a day with the flexibility in your diet you have is easy. Eating 5000 calories really clean is a chore.

My diet when I'm trying to bulk is dirtier than a lactose intolerant kid's b-hole after 3 gallons of ice cream. Protein sources are still primarily lean beef, greek yogurt, egg whites, and whey, but when it comes to fat and ESPECIALLY carb sources...oh boy.

Yeah but when u EAT BIG and LIFT BIG u will grow! There's no way u can't naturally gain, that's not possible. If u can't gain weight now, what makes u think that you'll b able to maintain the possible 20 pounds you'll gain now?
False. Some of my tall lanky friends have been going to the gym with me for months now. They eat like damn horses, they do the same exercises as me and are doing pretty good weight for their size. But they haven't seen any gains. It's really frustrating for some people. I know this guys not tall and lanky but im just pointing out that the whole eat big lift big thing isn't always the case.
