Stacking tren my next cycle sticking with the prop bc it's working for me I'm seriously considering cruising I don't feel like I'll need the whole 12 weeks off

Don't cruise bro take time off, maybe some SARMs in between but you're HPTA is suppressed nonetheless even if u don't feel it is.
 
U r correct homie i will need the time off. I just feel so awesome right now, i think im psyching myself out for coming off cycle I just want to keep this on top of the world feeling

Oh I totally understand bro, its just the harsher the cycle, the harder it is to recover. Pct is really not so bad, u just have to eat your ass off and find ways to lower stress, but still lift to maintain those gains. Oh and if u have mood problems u may wanna stay away from Clomid.
 
I ve worked so hard to cut dirty food at I don't want to do anything detrimental to my program at work now on lunch bout to pound 2 grilled and trimmed chicken breast 8 hard boiled egg whites cup of rice and a banana my wife prepares all six of my meals one day prior she's been my biggest supporter she wants me to have Ryan baders body can't handle liquid egg whites

Chicken is a good source of protein but you aren't going to get the calories you want out of it. Eat pork steaks. More calories, more protein and more fat then chicken. I wish I could eat those every day. Add olive oil to everything. Add natural peanut butter to your shakes. Eat starchy foods...potatoes, rice, jucca...Get a loaf of multigrain bread, and make some peanut butter sandwiches. Load up on complex carbs.



Eating 5000 calories a day with the flexibility in your diet you have is easy. Eating 5000 calories really clean is a chore.

I've been all over that **** sweet potatoes and pork chops one of favorite meals. I mix ensure and peanut butter sometimes bananas in every protein shake helps with taste, cals, and protein intake.
 
Yeah buddy been all over that **** I put pnut butter bananas and ensure n my pro shakes I eat the plenty of pork ,sweet potatoes and chicken and red meat I can't get enough steak!!!

^5'8" 220lbs and you don't consider yourself massive?


My diet when I'm trying to bulk is dirtier than a lactose intolerant kid's b-hole after 3 gallons of ice cream. Protein sources are still primarily lean beef, greek yogurt, egg whites, and whey, but when it comes to fat and ESPECIALLY carb sources...oh boy.

Anyways keep up the good work, ain't always about how much you lift, its about how you use the weight. I rarely go heavy on Squats ever anymore. Once you hit your plateau bro switch it up. Today I did bench 135 for 50x 3 sets and same for sqauts. Mix it up. Size will come bro. I've been lifting since I was 17, I graduated search and rescue swimmer school in the navy at your weight and build so keep it up. When I see your pictures it reminds me when I was in the military. You'll get big no doubt.

Man I appreciate it. 50x3 sets sounds insane!! I just feel like if I do a lot more reps at a lighter weight id be burning instead of gaining... But I'm no expert I'm a newbie to everything that's easy to pick up on I got a guy at my gym that's walking me through the weight training and it's working I'm gaining weight fast and I feel stronger everyday I go the gym it's working. The guy that's helping has also talked about suicide sets but im on the fence about it bc I've read so much on heavier and less reps and lighter and more reps, but heavier at less reps is working and I'm scared to lose a single lb I don't wanna fall back at all I'm a scale whore

Yes hcg should be used.... But not required. Tell a old school 80s bodybuilder that he's not to take test that long hell laugh at you and ask what's pct
 
I always get a kick outa the guys that tell everyone they need a 400$ pct and tons of shît while on cycle. Test-e, an AI and Clomid, done.
 
You'll. Come to a point where light rep high weight doesn't work and you need to switch things up to get that lovely burn everyone dreads. Keep you body guessing.

False. Some of my tall lanky friends have been going to the gym with me for months now. They eat like damn horses, they do the same exercises as me and are doing pretty good weight for their size. But they haven't seen any gains. It's really frustrating for some people. I know this guys not tall and lanky but im just pointing out that the whole eat big lift big thing isn't always the case.

I'm a firm believer of eat big get big. It might not be the big you want but you'll get big i promise :) also what eat big for you is totally different from a 180 6 foot 4 guy. Now lift heavy get big. Thats not always the case. try the HRT training. FFFFFFFFF that program. that'll get em big if they eat right
