Well cycle is winding down in a few weeks. First "real" one and damn it was awesome. Gains have been amazing. I often have struggled to keep ph gains. So I understand for the most part and am prepared for the chemical part of pct i.e. estrogen and cortisol control , test restore etc.........but
How about some personal experience feedback on what works best for you in training and diet post cycle. I have been training heavy 6 days a week while on. So for you what preven best post cycle.....lower weight high reps, a few total body workouts a week ?> Going heavy low reps??
How about diet....same caloies? cleaner? less?
Any help appreciated and I am the first to admit that while I have researched the hell out of things I stupidly missed these all important facets. During this cycle I have really grown to appreciate the real value of diet and hard work believe it or not....now I would like to keep it.
