not sure when to take Prime

Hi guys,

I just recently started working out again after a month off due to sickness.
I pretty much lost around 1/3 of my strength, lost a little bit of size. Right now I'm into week 2 of my workout, and my strength slowly coming back.
My goal now, is to get my strength now and gain my size back.

Since I have Prime in my hands now, can I take it now, or do I need to wait a bit / until my strength returns to before I got sick?

thanks guys!

I would use it just for the recovery aspect of it...

When you train coming off a lay off your body takes longer to recover so PRIME will allow you to recover and train more frequently...

I say start if diet is on point.

Hi USP,
thanks for the info. Yes my diet is on point right after I was discharged from hospital until now, that's why some people wonder why I did not lose much size/ got fat. I will start to use Prime then.

I also have AP (currently using it), and recreate; I think I will wait a while to use recreate. Is that a good idea? since my goal is to put size and fat loss at the same time (asking too much?) honestly I want to use recreate as well since recreate allows for body composition change, not fat loss only.

thanks

I did a recomp with Prime, AP, and Recreate...I cut off body fat and put on lean mass at the same time. Its a slow process, but you its still possible, especially with Prime. Even if you're in a calorie deficit, your strength will be up from the Prime.

Indeed, prime is necessary for all goals
