well not sure if this should be in this thread or the weighloss forum but i'll give you details and you guys can let me know. I am in the middle of cutting weight for a grappling tournment but two weeks after that there is a local contest. I was thinking since I already have 12 weeks well 10 weeks now that I would do a cut instead of trying to cut all water.

I am 2 weeks in the 1st 2 weeks I used clen and began cardio now i am using a thermo for these 2 weeks and after that will switch back to clen.


So should i do my log here or weightloss? I know the contest is local and not really a hardcore bb contest more like a hard body fitness comp. I doubt i'll see any super shredded 4% bf guys what have you but I would like to get to around 7-8% and if I like how it looks there maybe shoot for a real bb contest in 2007. I did just come off a bulk and am hovering in the 14-15% bf range I think.

Will 10 weeks be enough?
That would be about 10.5lbs of fat

current stats
5ft-1in
approx 152 lbs 157 before clen so have dropped 5lbs
14-15& bf could be lower I can see my top two abs and differentiate between all 3 shoulder heads but I want to err on the side of caution.
 
I would try to come in as ripped as possible, I just did my first contest and was around 6% and there were a lot of guys that noticably had less bf than I did. I would not suggest doing a show at 7 or 8% just my two cents.
 
ripped how long did you diet for what bf% did you start out at? do you think 10 weeks is long enough I've been dieting for 2 so far.
