New to the site, please help. I have been on a physically looking plateau for about 9 months, my diet is strong and I have a lot of motivation I the gym, I'm taking good sups (whey, multi, creatine, casein) but I just don't seem to be getting any bigger, I'm 6'2 188lbs and about 11% body fat, but I'd like to be about 210lbs. Before 3 weeks ago I had been drinking heavily about twice a week and recently have stopped, could that have been the problem??

Yeah binge drinking kills muscle growth, I could be wrong but I think I read it completely stops protein synthesis, I'd find out what calories you need based on your job workout etc and make sure you eat above that everyday you won't grow if you don't have a calorie surplus

Hey bro, I think you posted this in another section and I answered, but if you want to, post your current diet and training. We can see and help alot more. Also, you are in Cincy I see. I'mfrom Ohio. There are a ton of great bodybuilders and trainers around the Cincy area. You may think about getting ahold of somone to help out, if not, post what you're doing here.

Heavy drinking will def sabotage results. Alcohol increases estrogen and decreases test.

I'm from a little rural town called Clyde. It's about 20 miles west of Sandusky. Between Toledo and Cleveland.

I am agreed with hossjob that you should go for searching some bodybuilders because you can get lot of information from a trained bodybuilder. Anyway nice discussion and very informative.

Number 1. Log your progress. 2. Count your macros 3. Make sure youre measuring your muscles to see if you are truly making gains

What supplements are you taking? If you aren't taking creatine adding it into your regimen should be a game changer. I recommend orotine or some other form of creatine orotate

Find some pro bodybuilder, ask about nutrition, do the same
