Double dislocation both shoulders and partially torn rotators cuff. I have KT tape on 24/7 because I'm afraid it's the only thing keeping my shoulder in the joint now

Also, my younger brother got multiple concussions during wrestling practice (overcrowded wrestling room). Plus lots of very unhealthy eating habits among many wrestlers to make weight, which sent several kids to the hospital. No bueno.

I've had 2 from wrestling, neither of which I reported even tho I was out for both of them. I've also done all the making weight thing a you can think of, running in 7 layers of clothes and a garbage bag suit, spitting in a bottle, not eating all day...

As bad as Id like too, probably not. We work opposite rotations, and he does a lot of night shifts, where I work 24s at the fire departments and 12 hour nights for EMS. The days we might be able to, wed be fricken asleep. But honestly, he is an absolute brute!

My buddy just bought a house in Wilmington, I believe. Works for the Sherriff department there.

He was someplace else near UNC. Can't recall the name but her family is from Wilmington and her dad is in poor health so they moved down there. He's been there for 4-5 years now. He was stationed their after two (world) tours in the Marines lol.

Well its an awesome place! Id love to be there! And UNC is actually about 40 minutes from where I live, my son want to be a Chapel Hill Firefighter when he graduates high school. Good thing is, I have a friend thats a Lieutenant there and is waiting on my son to get there!!
 
I'm a Carolina kid. I tried South Carolina and Tennessee. There is nothing like home though. I live nearly dead center between the beach and mountains. In about three hours I can be in wither one.

Yeah, but I work 12 hour shifts and hit the gym after work. I was getting in to one place for free. The parking changed though and now I can't get in to the lot without a pass that cost as much as the expensive place. I miss having real squat racks and benches. I've adjusted though and figured out ways to do everything I normally would want to. Smith squats kill my knees though. So, I do more front squats to make up the difference.
