Ive took plasmajet last monday,wed, and friday in the 10 pill dosage, first cycle, now almost a week later im getting what looks like pimples on my body, that are blotchy dry and red. is this a normal side effect?

could be too much arginine. take some lysine

Or take less arginine. How does throwing more stuff in to combat side effects make any sense?

I didnt mean keep taking plasmajet I meant stop taking it and get some lysine. Guess i should have made that clearer? I figured any smart person would stop taking something that was giving them a nasty rash

I get the same side effect from taking 9 grams arginine per day. Discontinue the supplement and it will go away.
