Normal Estraidol but very high serum Estrone

What can it mean if someone has high serum Estrone, but normal Estraidol.

my labs showed extremely high estrone, but normal estraidol (estraidol= 21.5 range 7.6-42.6, serum estrone= 122 range: 15-66)

also SHBG low
Serum testosterone below normal
% free testosterone above normal

30 year old male, 6’3” 290lbs high bf%.

Hey, it’s the guy you said had no knowledge and was a bald ****. Estrone and estradiol are both an estrogen. Estrone is about 10 times weaker than estradiol and even tho we don’t really know the role it plays in males compared to women (in ovaries) .. it is commonly know that estrone levels in male are usually higher than his estradiol levels. As long as your estradiol is within range, it’s ok.
