Normal Estradiol levels but high estrone/low testosterone

If you cant see image, estrone level is 122 , range is 15-65

Wasn't sure what difference is with Estrone. Found below quick Google search. Since I assume you don't have ovaries, its directly due to your fat. Honestly probably the only thing that's going to help you is too lose weight so I'd recommend you work with your dr to get sleep issues, insomnia, etc worked out. I realize it will be hard and take time. Good luck and I hope in months or maybe even a year from now you feel like a new man.

Specifically, estrone (also called oestrone) is an estrogen like estradiol and estriol. Unlike the other two, estrone comes from the ovaries, as well as the adipose tissue and adrenal glands.

Just to add to above, my wife and son both suffer from major sleep issues (runs on her side of the family). I know how much it effects their lives and I can sympathize with you on that.
