Norandrodiol or 1-AD?

What compound is the best in regard of lean mass gain?
I can get a few bottles of one of them cheap,witch would i choice??

I would go with the 1-ad 4-ad stack and add the nor diol in the cycle if you have done ph's before

i have done one ergomax/max lmg cycle.How can i add the norandrodiol in the stack?i heard that 1-AD and nor isnt the best to stack? i was thinking something like this with 1-ad and 4-ad


preload 4-ad for one week 300mg
week 1 300mg 1-ad,600mg 4ad
week 2 300mg 1-ad,600mg 4ad
week 3 600mg 1-ad,900mg 4ad
week 4 600mg 1-ad,900mg 4ad

Just do the 1-ad 4-ad stack for now go up to 600 mg's of 1-ad on the last 2 weeks and also up the 4-ad on thos last 2 weeks

u can bump up to 600mg's of 1-ad anywheres from the 3rd week and on it just depends on gains
