Not technically a noob, I competed naturally a little over 6 yrs ago (2kids/demons) lol Starting to delve into the aas/ph supps. Seems somewhat difficult atleast to me to get clear advice (things i can understand). Maybe im just special... just an idea. Love the site though!! Thanks yall if its in here and i just cant find it plz lmk feel free to call me an idiot. Thanks yall!

I think the one aspect of this forum that separates itself from others is that we will help those that don't quite grasp the complexities...as long as the person asking knows the answer they get might not be the one they are looking for.
