Noobie question

Been working out for about a year, full body 3 times a week. Thinking about switching to a 4 day split, mon-chest tues-back thurs-shoulders+legs fri-arms. Obviously ill be doing more sets for each muscle group now since ill only be doing one a day. Looks good? Will i see growth from this if I eat over maintenance and hit my macros? I could also do legs on wed and make it a 5 day split. Thanks guys
 
whats your strength lvls at on bench/deads/squats??
 
I find it *really* hard to do shoulders (or anything) properly after a good leg day... For a four-day I prefer to see:
Mon-Shoulders/arms (focused on shoulders)
Tues-LEGS
Thurs-Chest/tris
Fri-Back/bis

If you're looking into switching to a 4day split, have you looked into DC Training?
