Non-Methylated PH/PS Effects on Body

I'm trying to learn what negative effects non-methylated gear has on the body -- short and long term. Obviously, it's much easier on the liver, but what else... For example I'm thinking about products like PP's new AndroHard and 11-sterone (11-oxo)... Thanks for any help!
