Non daily mk677 protocol??

So ive ordered some mk677, ive used peptides in the past aswell as a few cycles of test and eq.
However i got really tired of the constant pinning with the ghrp's.

My goals are mostly general and relative strength.
So im not really looking for huge muscle gains but more of a slow and steady increase in my compound movements.
So what i mostly hope for is some improvements in recovery and less soreness.
Anything else is just a nice bonus.


Because of a old back injury i have pretty weird routine.
I basicly have a 10day training week with 2full body workouts and 2days of core/arms/sled drags.
I also have 4days of yogaish/movement training/mcgill big 3 put in my week.
So basicly i have 4real workouts in a 10day period and 4days of mobility/light core stuff.

Since ive read that mk677 can give alot of sides for some people i throught about not taking it daily.
Would it work to only dose it after my gym workouts and maybe the day after?
That way i would have 2-3days of not dosing in every 10day training week.
 
i think you will find dosing quite easy.. as you dont pin this.. right? lol

just take 10 mgs per day and you wont have any side at all.
 
Ok, ive just read that some people took weekends off etc.
I guess i could start with daily dosing and see how i feel.
And if i start getting issues i could take a day off here and there.
