Non-Caffeine Energy

I feel like maybe I rely on my caffeine based products too much for energy. I'm worried that this may result in negative side effects down the road. As it stands I use a caffeine product 3 times daily Monday - Friday and either once daily or not at all on weekends (and let me tell you, I sleep twice as much on weekends).

Anything I can take that isn't really stimulant based that might help me get through the day? I already eat a ton of complex carbs throughout the day, and very little sugar with the exception of during workout and PWO.

How about 2grms of ALCAR or PLCAR
3grms of L-Tyrosine

I would advice taken a little caffine with this stack but you could cut way back on your current daily intake of caffine. If you get it bulk powder like I do you could mix it in a diet mountain dew (as I do ). The carboninated beverage will give you better absorbtion and then you will get a little caffien to boot. I found that citric acid is great for masking the bitterness of the ALCAR so thats why I would suggest diet Mt Dew.

You also could throw in some green tea wextract to this stack. It would be a nice addition.

HEAT sort of fits this category. It does not have caffeine, and the stimulation is much more dopamine than norepinephrine based compared to yohimbine and EC type formulations.

The caffeine free version of Scivation's energy product (drawing a total blank on the name) would be another to look into.
